We have a full service bar, but we are a restaurant. We have a great cocktail list, six beers on tap and our own mixologist that does our cocktails. We just launched three new ones: summer cup, Italian margarita and limoncello spritz. The bar program within Liberty is really elevated. It’s a great program.Our patio is basically a three and a half season patio. We’ve done a big glass box and it’s well lit. It makes it feel like an interior with the best of both worlds.
People love the flexibility to be outside but be inside.Article contentWe’re going to start construction of a Regina location of Liberty very shortly. We are also opening a new Browns Crafthouse at 210 Slimmon Road in Saskatoon. We should start construction in Saskatoon in about another month or two.I think the food program is amazing. Every dish is done very well.
