Pink, 43, Celebrated Her ‘Thunder Thighs’ in an Instagram Post and Fans Loved It
that she’ll often do an hour of cardio, an hour of P90X or yoga, then a half-hour of warming up when she’s on tour. "I do that six days a week," she said.
But Pink didn’t exactly say that she loves working out. "I like results. I like feeling strong. It keeps my mental floor higher," she said.that she focuses on a mostly vegan diet. "I try to eat really healthy most of the time. When I'm not on tour, I've done the vegan thing, although I sometimes eat chicken and fish," she said. The singer also tends to eat what she needs.
But one of the best things about Pink’s approach to health is that she gives herself grace. Back in 2017, after she had her son Jameson, Pink wrote onthat she technically qualified as "obese" by BMI standards…and she was cool with it. "Would you believe I'm 160 pounds and 5'3"? By 'regular standards' that makes me obese," she captioned a gym selfie. "I know I'm not at my goal or anywhere near it after Baby 2 but dammit I don't feel obese.
