Photographer Angela Forker makes magic happen with her camera and her talent for creating amazing portrait backdrops for babies. And while all her tiny clients look adorable in her photos, she decided to create elaborate portraits for babies with special needs.Earlier this year, Forker says she wanted to use her talent as a photographer to help make an impact on others. “In February, the idea for the Precious Baby Project was dropped into my heart,” Forker tells Scary Mommy.
