As she prepares to take over the highest office in Philadelphia, Democrat Cherelle Parker has unveiled the team that will help her transition into the role and discussed her plans once she takes officein this week's mayoral election -- has announced her plans for her first days as mayor and the team that will help her transition into Philadelphia's highest office.
"This process is to set the foundation for how we want to bring hope back to our city and we begin that today," she said. As she listed the members who would take on specific roles, Parker said that she has yet to select a police commissioner.
