Rangers improved after the break but the boss was left frustrated by their first half showing.
Irked Philippe Clement told his Rangers stars he wants to see more from them - with their first half in particular 'not what he wants to see.'
The boss was in the Ibrox dugout for only the second time and he learned a lot about his side as the standard of opposition ramped up. Rangers comfortably beat Hibs in his opening game but there was nothing comfortable about it in Prague, in the first-half at least as Jack Butland saved them on several occasions.
But they improved after the break and after a number of subs titled the momentum in their favour, they could have snatched it late on when Danilo rattled the crossbar. Clement acknowledges it was an 'important' point, but refused to settle for it as he demanded more from his players. He said after the game: "It’s a very important point, they are always really important away from home in Europe But I am a winner, I want to win always.
"They were disappointed they hadn’t won and that’s the mentality we need for the next few months, In the circumstances we can be happy with the point against a team that plays good football. The second half pleased me, the first half totally not. "We talked about that during half-time, it’s not what I want to see from my team. But the reaction in the second half was really good and we need to build on that. It’s impossible to create a story in ten days."
