People confused by woman's 'mind-blowing' hack to eat takeaway Curiously
A video by @chloe_lewis97 showing a new way to eat prawn crackers and egg fried rice has amassed more than 500k likes on TikTok. The video features an audio clip saying: "I was today years old when I realised..."
In the video, you can see a plate with a classic Chinese takeaway order of egg fried rice, chips and curry sauce. Then, the user presses a prawn cracker into the rice and comes away with a perfect helping of rice.While most of us use the prawn crackers to scoop up a mouthful of rice, the video shows a new method of pressing the curved part of the cracker into a pile of rice to come away with a perfectly filled cracker.
The comments section is filled with people who are loving the technique. One commented saying: "and I've been using a spoon like a peasant this whole time", followed by crying emojis, and another said: "I have always eaten them like crisps. It didn't occur to me to do this. I definitely will try this next time.", as well as people tagging their friends to share the technique.
Others were caught up in how delicious the meal looked, with one saying: "that looks so good" and another saying: "I could eat this now and it's only 7.30am." Others described the hack as “mind blowing” and a “game changer”. However, it wasn’t just the hack which got people’s attention, but what was on the plate. One commented: "You don’t have chips and gravy with Chinese" and another saying: "Fries and gravy with rice?", which Chloe responded to saying: "Nahhh, chips with curry sauce and rice" followed by a crying laughing emoji and an emoji of a face surrounded by hearts.READ NEXT:
