Penn State fans won’t be able to find the Nittany Lions playing on any network or cable channels this Saturday when they take on Delaware.
As part of the Big Ten’s new deal with NBC, the streaming service will feature a number of games during the season. While most games will also be available on NBC, there are some that will be exclusively available on Peacock.Brendan Burke will call play-by-play, with former Penn State quarterback Michael Robinson providing analysis on the broadcast.
NBC has devoted the same amount of marketing and resources to launching “Big Ten Saturday Night” as it does with “Sunday Night Football.” It has its theme song performed by Fall Out Boy and a studio show from the game site.
