The collapse happened near the intersection of San Joaquin Avenue and Castroville Road. The incident has caused Castroville Road to be closed between 36th St. and General McMullen Drive.was first reported by the Texas Department of Transportation at 11:17 a.m. There have been no reports of injuries. Photos of the bridge indicate it was 15 feet above street level.
