The Scots funnyman expertly wound up the TV host
Scots comedian Paul Black has found himself in a Twitter spat with TV presenter Kirstie Allsopp after making a tongue in cheek post on Twitter. Paul appeared to take a swipe at a comment Kirstie supposedly said back at the start of the year, that young people can be homeowners if they give up luxuries like coffee.
Paul is currently holidaying in Malaga with his pals and shared a snap of him and a friend in front of a swanky villa. She said: “In other news I just swallowed an AirPod while downing my vitamins. I don’t recommend it. I managed to chuck it back up without having to go to hospital, but my throat is really quite sore.”
Kirstie then seemed to interact with the comments on Paul's post, and she wasn't happy. But fans were loving the Twitter feud. "When I bought my first property, going abroad, the EasyJet, coffee, gym, Netflix lifestyle didn't exist," she said. "I used to walk to work with a sandwich. And on payday I'd go for a pizza, and to a movie, and buy a lipstick."
Top showbiz news "I don't want to belittle those people who can't do it," the presenter went on. "But there are loads of people who can do it and don't. It is hard.
