Police have arrested one suspect and confirm some were injured during the scrap inside a property
Police patrols have been stepped up after knife was brandished during a fight which left a number of people with injuries.
At around 6.30pm on Sunday, police were called to reports of a fight involving a group of males inside a property on Manchester Old Road in Middleton. Officers arrested a 34-year-old man on suspicion of assault and he still remains in custody for questioning. Members of the public were not involved as it took place inside a property and security attempted to intervene, it is understood.
