The Late Late Show host took part in a toy horse race against jockeys Barry Geraghty and Davy Russell
Patrick Kielty took a tumble while hosting the Late Late Show on Friday evening as he took part in a horse race with two Irish jockeys.
He had beeen speaking with the Grand National winning jockeys as they spoke of their experiences of the Cheltenham Festival which is due to start this week.Patrick started the show dressed as St Patrick, before receiving a 'call from his mum' telling him that the patron saint's day is next weekend and that it is Mother's Day this Sunday, leading the host to make a quick change and try to rectifiy his mistake.
She also spoke with Patrick about her memories of Irish music legends Sinead O'Connor and Shane MacGowan following their passing last year.
