, both 47, and their sons Thomas, 19, and Martin, 16, received the oversized light bulb trophy from host Carter Oosterhouse in Episode 3 of the reality competition show on Dec. 5 which also streams on HULU.
“Your display was far, far out of this galaxy,” Oosterhouse said. “That’s why you’re the champions of the Great Christmas Light Fight.”A DIY masterpiece, the Harbeck Lights display on Tropical Avenue in the Upper Hastings Ranch area of Pasadena boasts 3D printed décor and a light show coordinated to music. “It was such an honor to just even be featured on the and we are completely blown away to have actually won,” Andy Harbeck said. “We had a blast filming the show with Carter and all the crew. They made it such a special experience for us and our boys.” Thomas Harbeck, who voices Winston the Wisp, a character his animator-father created, said he and his brother had so much fun meeting Oosterhouse and showing off their lights.
