Going darker for winter is the trend of the moment and it seems Paris Hilton definitely got that memo – and has taken it to the next level. Not for her the delicate strands of caramel-toned browns, subtly interspersed in a warmer blonde and talk of choca-mocha-caramel-macchiato-latte inspired shades. No, Paris isn’t really about subtle.
Her ebony locks were styled into matching schoolgirl plaits which she wore forward over her shoulders, and which came down to thick, curled ends. To complete the super-shiny undercover look, Paris coupled the new ’do with that staple of celebs trying not to be spotted, a big dark hat, and we think there was even a hint of a blunt fridge underneath it in a couple of the shots.
“Bet you didn’t even recognize me in my wig,” she said, with a cheeky wink. In fact, we wondered if it was a ruse to be able to go about unrecognised – but judging by the amount of pictures Paris took, it seems unlikely that going under the radar would be her primary mission.
