'Trying to come to terms with the fact that I'll never see his smile or bright blue eyes breaks my heart'
A heartbroken Northampton couple who are grieving the loss of their baby boy are fundraising for a memorial for him. Jaxon Heavens passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 8, aged just 11 months.
Mum Stephanie, who has two children Archie, 4, and Freddie, 6, said: "He was my third child and he completed our family. He was perfect from the start."Trying to come to terms with the fact that I'll never see his smile or bright blue eyes breaks my heart. He's missed every second of the day." Family friend Abbey Williams has now setup a GoFundMe page for the couple where people can donate towards a memorial wall to honour Jaxon. She wrote on the page: "I am fundraising to help the cost of creating a memorial wall close to their hearts in their back garden.
"And with the unexpected loss of Jax and the expenses of funeral arrangements, money is of course tight. I know people want to help this beautiful family and their grief and this is something that would be so very close to their hearts.
