One in three parents fear they are doing something wrong in their first year of parenting. Many turn to Google an average of six times a day looking for answers.

Who is considered an expert varies from person to person. Some consider their parent their expert of choice, while others turn to their pediatrician or a news source. In the first year of birth, parents make an average of 56 phone calls to their parents and 67 calls to medical experts like their pediatrician.
Despite the uncertainty and struggles that come along with parenting, two-thirds of parents reported that becoming a parent is their greatest life achievement. 46% of parents also agreed that they wish they would have been easier on themselves in those first few months because, after all, they’re not alone in not knowing everything when it comes to caring for their baby..
