The town issued its first Certificate of Occupancy for a rebuilt home on Monday -- eight months after the Camp Fire devastated the community.That means that the Sinclaire family can start moving in."I'm finally home," Victoria Sinclaire told CNN."I think I'm going to sleep really good tonight."The Sinclaires lost everything in the Camp Fire, which broke out on November 8 of last year and burned more than 153,000 acres.
