Kliavkoff recently asked current and former members of the board to meet on Sept. 13 to vote on a “go forward governance approach” for the conference, which Oregon State said is in violation of the Pac-12 constitution and bylaws. During Monday’s hearing, the conference said that the board meeting is to figure out how to run and manage the conference for this academic year.
