When Miller filed for bankruptcy in 2014 she listed Nichols as friend not her husband, she said. Buck also alleged Miller:
Made up a story for Prudential that she needed money to take her husband to Colorado for cancer treatment. He did not have cancer.In April 2018 when Miller realized the money was running out she began searching the internet for information on divorces and medications, Buck said.presentment by a statewide grand jury
Miller is jailed without bail charged with homicide, insurance fraud, theft, forgery, perjury and dealing in proceeds from unlawful activity.
