When asked how much he had to drink, Schneider-Lochner admitted to having “a little” to drink and then stumbled and fell when getting out of the car, according to news reports. Sobriety tests were not done because Schneider-Lochner could not stand on his own, a criminal complaint said. Plum Police Chief Lanny Conley told TribLive that the department can’t comment on individual personnel matters.
