The suspect – identified in records as Isaiah Dion Mosley, 29, of Allentown – faces six charges including aggravated assault, strangulation, and criminal trespass. He was sent to Northampton County Prison in lieu of $200,000 bail, where he remained as of Monday. Officer Geoffrey Perry told Mosley to come down the stairs to talk to him and waited for him at the bottom of the steps, according to court records. Perry and witnesses reported Mosley walked down the stairs and then lunged at Perry, pushing him, court records say.
