A western Pennsylvania man held in jail for the murders of his mother and aunt was found dead in his cell Friday, an official told local media outlets.that Benjamin Selby, 43, of New Sewickley Township, Beaver County, was found unresponsive in his wheelchair inside an isolation cell in the county jail Friday morning.
Selby had been placed in isolation for at least a week, where he was observed every 15 minutes, Lozier told The Times. He was in isolation because he was “refusing transport and treatment, including refusing to take medicine,” Lozier said.
