WILLIAMSPORT – A Lycoming County man has been jailed without bail accused of raping and attempting to kill a woman.
The following is what the investigating officer wrote in an affidavit that he was told then happened: She eventually managed to get by him and force her way out the front door, where she sought help from two people on a neighboring porch.
