The woman was shot last Sept. 28 in her first-floor apartment in the 800 block of West Fourth Street in Williamsport with her 2-year-old child present.

Nearly six hours later police responded to the 100 block of Vine Avenue adjacent to the Pennsylvania College of Technology campus for a report of a disturbance with a gun.when he told a Black male to show his hands as he saw him flee from a Vine Avenue residence with what appeared to be gun. Two firearms were found in a bush near where Cleveland was taken into custody. He initially identified himself as Taquill Lott.
