The man was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead. He was later identified as Tyreese Clark of North Philadelphia. Police said no one else was injured in the crash. There is no information on the extent of damage to the home. The Inquirer reported that Clark had been arrested last month on several charges, including robbery, strangulation, and conspiracy.
