Overstock.com’s transition into the new and improved Bed Bath & Beyond soon will be complete. The company plans to rename itself and change its ticker symbol.
Overstock purchased the Bed Bath & Beyond brand from bankruptcy in June. It has been operating as Bed Bath & Beyond in the U.S. since August. On Nov. 6, the company will change its corporate name to Beyond Inc. It also transfer its stock listing to the New York Stock Exchange from the Nasdaq Global Market, and change its ticker symbol to “BYON” from “OSTK.”
