Diana Gabaldon hit back with a tongue-in-cheek response to a fan on her social media who claimed the author had spoiled her most recent book.
The author responded: "No, but the red racer was responsible for what happened to Jamie at the battle of Kings Mountain..." But one fan of the book series was not impressed, claiming the 71-year-old had "ruined" the ninth book of the series. But Diana responded to this with a hilariously sarcastic response when she pointed out novel had been out for over a year already.Die-hards of the series, which has been adapted by Starz TV into a hit show, took to Twitter to rave about how much they love the book in the responses.
