'Our mum just died and we're being thrown out of our home at Christmas'
His brother and sisters - Sean, Kirsty Kerrigan, and Ann-Marie Jones - said an alternative two-bed flat had been offered but they fear Andrew’s mental and physical health will suffer dramatically if he is forced to move elsewhere.
