Seven states rely on Colorado River water. Only one state has 840 miles of coastline, with an endless supply of water from the Pacific Ocean.
We should let the private sector build 10 natural gas power plants with a desalination plant on each site. Tap the huge natural gas supply under the Los Angeles basin.We could solve our power and water shortage at the same time and produce 500 million gallons a day. No more power outages and support our important agricultural community.
