Only Fools on Horses star KateSaunders dies age 62, her family confirms
The actress’ sister Louisa confirmed the news on Twitter as she paid tribute to her “brave” sibling.“The warmest, bravest, most generous and most brilliant woman I will ever know. Heaven knows how we will live without her.”
“We are sorry to learn of the passing of Kate Saunders, who played police-woman Sandra in the episode The Long Legs of the Law in 1982,” the page wrote. As well as being known from her cameo in the hit British comedy, Kate starred in Angles, A Family Affair and Just Good Friends.But acting wasn’t the only career Kate had, the late 62 year old was also a successful writer and journalist, and penned over 20 books for both adults and children.
