is hosting a pop-up event for families with school-age children in London today, offering free uniforms and giving away prizes.
The company will be using Observation Point in London as their venue with former One Direction hair stylist, Lou Teasdale, as host. Lou will be joined by celebrity basketball star, Ovie Soko, who will also be running a basketball competition with the opportunity for participants to earn prizes.2019, will also be at the event, showing kids and families creative ideas for refreshing and upcycling pre-loved uniform.
Single mother Lou Teasdale commented on the importance of school clothing to boost kids’ confidence and help them to succeed in the 2021 school year: “I’m so glad to be part of a campaign that aims to help families give their kids school clothes they can be proud of, whether that’s new products or helping them smarten up pre-loved items.
In 2020 parents with children in state schools spent over £300 on each child for uniform alone, with many parents admitting to make sacrifices in order to afford them.
