A consultation has launched after a proposal was submitted for a road near a high street to be made one way.
It includes, changing part of Vicarage Lane to one-way for vehicles travelling eastbound, between Five Acres and Marwood Close in Kings Langley.
Allegedly, vehicles currently meet “head-to-head” on the road that has been described as “especially narrow west of Marwood Close between property nos. 19 and 65, where residents park on the northern side of the road”.In the cover letter it is described that drivers do not give way to each other and are unable to pull-in, therefore traffic is delayed which causes “driver frustration and conflict”.
