Bob Pilon is the new president and chief growth officer of REFORM Alliance, the criminal justice reform organization founded by MeekMill.
earlier this year. Pilon will be tasked with leading the org’s strategic growth initiatives and fostering new partnerships.
Pilon comes to REFORM after nearly seven years at The ONE Campaign, an advocacy organization co-founded bystriving to end extreme poverty and preventable disease worldwide. Prior to ONE, Pilon held senior roles at various policy and social justice org’s, such as Malaria No More, the Herbie Hancock Institute and the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation.
"Bob Pilon is a living legend, having been a leader for some of the largest and most impactful social justice campaigns on the planet," said REFORM CEO. "The fact that a global powerhouse like Pilon is joining the U.S fight for criminal justice reform is a massive game-changer, all by itself. This is not just a big win for REFORM – but for the entire movement for justice."

The organization is currently focused on passing a pair of bipartisan bills in Mill’s native Pennsylvania aimed at mending the state's probation and parole system.
