One man arrested, another man injured in stabbing in Egger Highlands neighborhood [Breaking]
A 26-year-old man was stabbed in the neck and another man was arrested after a dispute turned violent in the Egger Highlands neighborhood early Tuesday, San Diego police said.
The stabbing was reported about 3:30 a.m. at a gas station on Palm Avenue near Saturn Boulevard, police said.Advertisement The suspected assailant, a 38-year-old man, was arrested at the scene on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon. Police said the victim and suspect know each other and both were uncooperative with officers.
