The 20-year-old breakout star who skyrocketed to fame two years ago with her debut album,, seems to be hinting that new music is on its way — and honestly, we're feeling happy and healthy about it.
In her email newsletter to fans on Saturday, Rodrigo included a hand-written note reflecting on the two-year anniversary ofcame out,” Rodrigo writes. “That album will always be so so special to me & I'm so grateful to you guys for embracing it the way you have.”and looking fORward 2 all the things to come.”Rodrigo purposefully capitalized OR and bolded the number 2, leading people to believe that she is definitely teasing her second album.
In January, Rodrigo gave fans a glimpse into her music-making process with a short clip of her in the studio with music producer Dan Nigro. The caption read, “Working on so many new songs I’m excited to show u. Thank u for everything.”
