Olivia Pratt-Korbel murder trial updates as man accused of killing nine-year-old - latest from Manchester Crown Court
. Cashman denies the attempted murder of a man called Joseph Nee and wounding Olivia's mum, Cheryl Korbel, with intent to inflict grievous bodily harm.

Those charges concern a 9mm calibre self-loading pistol and a 0.3 calibre revolver.
Olivia died following an incident at her family home on Kingsheath Avenue in Dovecot, Liverpool, at around 10pm last August 22. Mr Nee was also injured alongside 46-year-old Ms Korbel.
