The Parks Service says witnesses saw a man jump from a cliff about 50 feet above the water. Ehrnschwender did not resurface after the jump. The Parks Service says people prohibited from jumping or diving off rock cliffs, ledges, or man-made structures from a height of 15 feet or more from the surface of the water.
