An Ogden man has been sentenced to 48 months probation after pleading guilty but mentally ill in connection with a 2022 accidental shooting that resulted in the death of a teenage boy.
OGDEN — An Ogden man has been sentenced to four years' probation after pleading guilty but mentally ill in connection with a 2022 accidental shooting that led to the death of a teenage boy.
Pool is also required to finish serving 363 days in jail, 354 of which were already completed as of April 25.
