Prosecutors have accused Rhodes and his militia group of plotting for weeks to stop the transfer of power and keep former President Donald Trump in office, purchasing weapons, organizing military-style trainings and setting up battle plans. The meeting included Rhodes and and Enrique Tarrio, the former chairman of the Proud Boys, who is charged separately with seditious conspiracy alongside other members of the extremist group that describes themselves as a politically incorrect men’s club for "Western chauvinists."The founder and leader of the far-right 'Oath Keepers' militia group has been arrested with 10 others, charged with seditious conspiracy in the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.
