Bill will strengthen existing protections against vilifying conduct, attorney general says
Waving a Nazi flag or displaying memorabilia bearing swastikas will be criminalised inThe attorney general, Mark Speakman, has indicated that the government is committed to introducing a bill to criminalise the public display of Nazi symbols to “provide an additional safeguard to the existing protections in NSW against vilifying conduct”.
