A Nottingham coffee shop is relocating - and with the move comes a more mature and refined style. Effy will be leaving its tiny Hounds Gate premises and opening in a former beauty salon in Heathcoat Street, Hockley, in a few weeks' time, once a refurbishment is complete.
"We are currently rapidly expanding our bakery side of our business and this new unit has much more space, allowing us to fit out a micro bakery downstairs with plans to start producing our own laminated pastries, breads and a more refined range of baked goods. We already bake our own products such as enriched doughs like cinnamon and cardamom buns alongside a few other baked goods."We chose Hockley as it’s the heart of the independent hospitality industry in Nottingham.
Mitch serves customers the rarest and most sought after coffees he can get his hands on. And he has been pushing more and more towards a quality, progressive working environment for all the staff.
