A teenager has handed himself in to police after a rapper was stabbed to death at the Notting Hill Carnival.
Officers are still trying to trace another person whose image was captured on CCTV.Detective Inspector Laura Semple, from the Metropolitan Police, said:"Do you know who this person is? He was caught on CCTV at the Carnival and we still urgently need to trace him.
"If can you help or have any information - no matter how small - about Takayo's murder please come forward."A 23-year-old man, an 18-year-old man and a 17-year-old male were arrested in Bristol on suspicion of murder; while a 20-year-old woman was arrested in Islington in London on suspicion of assisting an offender.
