A 12-year-old boy died in hospital after suffering self-inflicted injuries as he battled "emotional turmoil".
The 12-year-old had been taken to the Royal Preston Hospital after being found with self-inflicted injuries but tragically, despite the best efforts of doctors, he was pronounced dead.An inquest held at Preston Coroner's Court on Monday heard that Freddie had been experiencing "emotional turmoil" before his death. Despite the fact that his injuries were self-inflicted the coroner was unable to determine if he intended to end his own life.
