The Northeast Ohio weather forecast for Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2023. CLEVELAND, Ohio — A cloudy start will give way to sunshine Tuesday, but it includes strong winds and falling temperatures.
Forecasters with the National Weather Service say temperatures will reach the low 40s at about 11 a.m. before starting a steady decline through the afternoon, reaching 35 degrees by 5 p.m. and 31 overnight. There is a chance of showers before 9 a.m., but skies should be mostly clear by about 2 p.m. Winds will peak between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m., staying steady at 15-21 mph and with gusts as high as 37 mph.
