A Northampton music teacher has been banned after being found to have indecent images of children. Andrew Lear, 55, was previously employed with the Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust.
Lear was employed by Northamptonshire Music and Performing Arts Trust in Northampton as an Instrumental Music Teacher. In this capacity, he worked across several primary schools, Teaching Regulation Agency panel confirmed. The panel found Lear was "responsible for engaging in activity involving viewing, taking, making, possessing, distributing or publishing any indecent photograph or image or indecent pseudo photograph or image of a child".
