The Lincoln Centre high-rise complex at the Dallas North Tollway and LBJ Freeway has landed 165,000 square feet of office deals with six tenants. The leases come after the owner of the property last fall completed millions of dollars in upgrades to the landmark buildings that date to the 1980s. “The multimillion-dollar renovation of Lincoln Centre, which was completed in fall 2022, significantly elevated the tenant experience, resulting in increased interest at the property,” Lauren LaFever of property owner Nuveen Real Estate said in a statement. “In addition to the brand-new amenities, the property offers a prime location on the LBJ Freeway and the tollway, as well as a central location to Uptown, Frisco and Plano.
