It beat out routes in England and Wales
A new study compiled the favourite driving route of 2,000 motorists, and it was found that the northern route was the most popular among participants. It beat out other stunning routes such as Cheddar Gorge in Somerset and Snake Pass in Derbyshire for the top spot.

The North Coast certainly feels a worthy winner with its absolutely spectacular scenery.
According to the findings via OnePoll, 82 per cent of respondents like their own car. Reliability, longevity, and memories while driving it were among the reasons given.
