A 90-year-old Asheville acupuncturist is now facing another charge for sexual battery.
Sinclair is teaming up with Magen David Adom to help with their efforts providing humanitarian relief & emergency medical services in IsraelShi Ying Kuai, a 90-year-old Asheville acupuncturist, now faces four counts of sexual battery and one count of forcible sex offense after several patients have come forward with allegations against him. The North Carolina Acupuncture Licensing Board has already asked him to voluntarily surrender his license.
