Flu outbreak forces changes at Albertville City Schools.
Albertville City Schools dismissed early Thursday as school officials attempt to navigate a flu outbreak.The early release, the system said, will allow faculty and staff to sanitize the campuses and prepare their lesson plans for Friday classes.School officials are reminding parents to keep children at home when they are running a fever or showing symptoms of the flu, and to remain there until at least 24 hours after fever, or signs of a fever, have dissipated without the use of medicine.
