Tenko Ramen opened in July 2017 as one of the Bottling Department’s five original food vendors, the rest of which have closed or rotated out. A new tenant for the space has not been announced.
From the outset, the Pearl food hall was positioned as an incubator for local operators to open, foster and experiment with smaller concepts. Along with Tenko, the food hall’s current lineup includes the Caribbean wrap stand Mi Roti, the chilaquiles specialist Chilaquil, a Mexican pop-up called El Diente de Oro, the pizza concept WonderSlice and the Park Bar.Tenko Ramen at the Bottling Department food hall at The Pearl is closing after service Dec. 31.
