BREAKING: Train derailment in Granada Hills snarls traffic in area
Authorities said around 8:30 a.m. near the intersection of Balboa Boulevard and San Fernando Road, a Union Pacific locomotive and train car derailed in an upright position in the San Fernando Valley.
